Standard Terms of Business

These Standard Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Detail Drive Ltd (“DetailDrive”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By completing payment for DetailDrive services, the Client (“you”, “your”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the 30-in-90 Performance Guarantee Conditions.
1. Services
DetailDrive provides paid advertising management and lead generation services for automotive businesses, with a primary focus on ceramic coating campaigns.
Services may include:
Creation and management of paid advertising campaigns
Lead generation via third-party advertising platforms
Delivery of leads through designated CRM or tracking systems
Campaign optimisation and reporting
DetailDrive does not guarantee revenue, profit, closing rates, or business growth beyond the Performance Guarantee outlined below.
2. 30-in-90 Performance Guarantee
DetailDrive guarantees delivery of a minimum of 30 Qualifying Booked and Confirmed Ceramic Coating Jobs within 90 days of campaign launch, subject to full compliance with Section 3.
2.1 Definition of a Qualifying Booking
A booking qualifies when:
A customer confirms a specific appointment date and time;
The booking is logged within the designated CRM or tracking system;
The booking is for a ceramic coating service;
The booking originates from a DetailDrive-managed campaign.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
If 30 qualifying bookings are not delivered within 90 days, and the Client has complied fully with all obligations outlined in Section 3, the Client will be eligible for a refund of service fees paid during the 90-day period.
Advertising spend is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund eligibility is strictly conditional upon full compliance with these Terms.
3. Client Obligations (Mandatory for Guarantee Validity)
Failure to comply with any requirement in this section voids the Performance Guarantee.
3.1 Lead Response Requirements
The Client must:
Contact all new leads within 15 minutes;
Between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday;
In the Client’s local time zone;
Log all contact attempts within the designated CRM system.
Failure to meet this requirement on more than two (2) occasions during the 90-day period will void the Performance Guarantee.
3.2 Advertising Budget Requirements
The Client must:
Maintain a minimum advertising spend of £10 per day;
Maintain continuous campaign activity for the full 90-day period;
Not reduce, pause, or interfere with campaigns without written approval;
Fund advertising accounts directly.
Any interruption or reduction without written approval voids the guarantee.
3.3 System & Tracking Compliance
The Client must:
Use the designated CRM system as instructed;
Use the assigned tracking phone number for all campaign-generated calls where applicable;
Log bookings accurately within the system;
Failure to comply voids the guarantee.
3.4 Operational Capacity
The Client must maintain sufficient availability, staffing, and operational capability to fulfil bookings generated.
Operational limitations, scheduling restrictions, or refusal to fulfill bookings may void the guarantee.
4. Fees & Payments
Service fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advertising spend is paid directly by the Client to the relevant advertising platform.
Service fees are non-refundable except where eligibility arises under Section 2.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of campaigns.
5. Term & Termination
Services operate on a minimum initial term of 90 days from campaign launch.
After the initial term, either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
Fees remain payable during any active notice period.
6. Limitation of Liability
DetailDrive’s total liability is strictly limited to the total service fees paid by the Client.
DetailDrive is not liable for:
Platform restrictions, suspensions, or bans;
Algorithm or policy changes by advertising platforms;
Market conditions;
Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity;
Indirect or consequential losses.
7. Amendments
DetailDrive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment for DetailDrive services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Standard Terms of Business and the 30-in-90 Performance Guarantee Conditions.
